Actualization doesnt work

This was the App that I needed most for my work.
I installed the lastest actualization and now it doesnt open anymore.
I have a brand new iPad.
I was really disappointed that when I tried to write to the app support I was sent to a web site in Japanese, or Chinese, or Korean...

Please, work it out and make sure to have a client support in english.
